"I cancelled my insurance for a few different reason, after canceling 10 days before the billing cycle ended I received a very small refund, called the office multiple times and no one could provide a break down of the refund"

"Always friendly, great service from everyone at this office. They legit always sound caring and make sure that you're doing good and not making it seem like you're just money or a number of customers quota type thing.
